The new test-ride of our TRAVEL, man version, which Bicilive has tested on extra-urban routes is online now.
Thanks therefore to our friends, who have chosen to test the Italwin trekking e-bike, underlining its winning features: TRAVEL belongs to our e-trek line , also designed for extra urban trips and out of town trips including long journeys both by road and on dirt tracks , as you can see in the video test here on bicilive.it’s YouTube channel .
TRAVEL is an Italwin electric bicycle, season 2022, with FIVE F90 engine with 90 Nm of torque , 630 Wh battery, suspension fork and 28 ″ wheels < / strong>, available at a price of 2,689 euros with a 522 Wh battery or 2,889 euros with a 630 Wh battery.
The off-track test underlines in particular the drive unit: the FIVE F90 engine.
Very quiet, powerful and manageable thanks to a good job done on the control unit and sensors by the FIVE technicians: starting from a standstill it is ready, with an excellent thrust, in operation mode 5.
The e-trek responded well in comfort and road holding , thanks to the 2.15 ″ Schwalbe Marathon E Plus tires , which it is equipped with, that give an unexpected grip even on dirt roads and compact single tracks.
As for autonomy, assuming that for an ebike is rather subjective, comparing the performance of our TRAVEL with those of others ebike trekking on the market, it is confirmed that with the 630 Wh battery the autonomy is really high .
TRAVEL therefore turned out to be a reliable electric bike both in the city and on the outskirts, with a powerful engine and a long range. It is also suitable for those who live in hilly areas and in cities with many climbs and descents, since the power is not lacking in the FIVE F90 engine.
